First got acquainted with this person when he slided into my DMS. Had a few brief exchanges after which he disappeared for some time. A few days ago, he decided to catch up under the pretense to know me better and along the way, he threw in an offer that he’d introduced/guide me to bitcoin. I have been a skeptic as I do not have any knowledge in the crypto world but played along (on that note, I was made aware of scams after doing my research online). He later sent me a link and asked that i download the app. I have ignored him since because I find it too good to be true. Was hoping that the general public can have the necessary resources to identifying these scammers.
